Whether you're here to practice your swing, enjoy a round with friends, or host a corporate event, we’re committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all guests. Please review the following guidelines prior to your visit to ensure a smooth and memorable experience.

General Rules & Behavioral Expectations

To maintain a welcoming atmosphere for everyone:

• Respect fellow guests and staff at all times.

• Use appropriate language and behavior—this is a family-friendly facility.

• Follow staff instructions regarding simulator use and safety protocols.

• Report any issues or concerns immediately to our team, e.g. balls are not auto-tee up, shots are not registered.

Equipment Rules

Our Equipment

• Only use clean, indoor golf shoes—no outdoor footwear allowed in simulator bays.

• Do not bring your own tees and balls; our simulators are equipped with an auto-tee-up system, and we are using the same brand and model of balls to ensure optimal and consistent performance.

• Avoid using damaged or dirty clubs that could harm the simulator surfaces.

Guest Equipment

• Personal clubs are recommended, but must be clean and free of debris

• Download the Golfzon app, create a profile, and login before you play to maximize the benefit of using Golfzon simulator.

Food & Alcohol Policy

• Outside food is welcome, and we provide a simple food menu too.

• We serve alcohol, but outside alcohol is not allowed. Please consume responsibly.

• Guests who appear intoxicated may be asked to call a taxi or Uber home instead of driving for safety reasons.

Winter Considerations

Edmonton winters can be harsh. Please:

• Remove wet or snowy footwear in the entrance area and before entering simulator areas.

• Use provided mats and boot trays to keep the facility clean and safe.

Punctuality Matters

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and prepare.

• Late arrivals may result in shortened play time without refund.

• Booking times are strictly enforced to ensure fairness for all guests.

Smoking & Vaping Policy

• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the facility.

• A designated outdoor smoking area is available. Please use it respectfully and dispose of waste properly.

Booking & Cancellation

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Group bookings and private events may have separate policies. Please inquire for details.
